Konnichiwa of Fort Mill received a B grade after inspectors documented multiple priority violations involving food temperatures and sanitation practices. Violations included cooked chicken being hot held at 109 degrees and several cold-held items — including beef, chicken, egg rolls, shrimp and lettuce — stored above safe temperatures. Inspectors also found food dumped into a handwashing sink and food stored on the floor of the walk-in freezer.

Additional concerns included wet-stacked dishes, debris buildup on shelving and dish racks, a leaking vegetable sink plumbing line, and a Pepsi cooler unable to maintain proper temperatures. A follow-up inspection is required within 10 days.
