Wylie's Eats and Drinks received a B grade after inspectors documented multiple priority and core violations involving food temperatures, pest control, sanitization and facility maintenance.

Inspectors found marinara sauce, beef and lettuce being stored above safe cold-holding temperatures inside a walk-in cooler, a consecutive violation that could be referred for enforcement action. The inspection also found a significant number of flies in the kitchen and bar area, an issue that had not been corrected at the time of inspection.

Additional concerns included a bar dish machine that failed to reach the required sanitizer concentration, food ingredients stored on the floor, unlabeled chemical spray bottles, fish thawing in packaging against manufacturer instructions, and handwashing sinks that were blocked or being used for storage. Inspectors also cited rusted shelving, bare wood storage surfaces, holes in walls and ceilings, excessive dirt and debris buildup on equipment and floors, and an ice machine requiring cleaning.

A follow-up inspection is required within 10 days.
